FAQs-What do I eat In a day?
I eat 3 meals a day, I never wing it and try to eat the least processed version of all food possible
Yesterday I had
Breakfast: chia seed pudding, blueberries, and macadamia nuts
Lunch: leftover beef, crab, and mixed vegetables. Horseradish cream
Dinner: chicken noodle soup and quinoa cake
Nothing fancy but whole nourishing foods
