This is a rough one in that I do not have one, nor do I recommend protein bars 99% of the time
Protein shakes are not real food and are usually full of chemicals. In addition, when we do not chew, there can be a delay for our bodies to understand we are full. Even if the protein shake had as many calories as a traditional meal.
Protein bars can be very handy when in a jam, such as the time I was stuck on a plane for 5 hours. Many of us eat them when we could eat real food, which is always the best choice. With so many choices of bars on the market, it can be confusing to realize bars shouldn’t be a staple in our food plan.
