Women’s Health Month
May is Women’s Health Month.
We are going to be drilling down on ways we can put our Health in its proper place on our priority list.
So many of us don’t take the care of ourselves we know we should because of time, other commitments or money.
I will be sharing my tricks for squeezing more time out of day for self-care, how I plan my day to ensure I get enough sleep and free or inexpensive ways to exercise, find amazing workout clothes or an online community for support.
Tomorrow, I will start with Nutrition. Which I get asked about often.
How should we be feeding ourselves? What is the best way to eat? Dieting is out, but what if I want to lose some weight? What about body acceptance? What do I eat in a given day? It can be confusing to know what to do or even what to eat for lunch, or if lunch is still allowed. Don’t sweat it, I have got you covered.
